Bikash Dhakal

Bikash Dhakal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and ICT solutions. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Transtema since January 2021, Bikash oversees the administration of 3GIS network OSS, BSS, and IT systems, performing upgrades and system diagnostics for live networks. Prior to this role, Bikash worked at Huawei Technologies from June 2005 to January 2021 as a Senior ICT Engineer, focusing on OSS and IT solution delivery, mentoring peers, and managing the development and review of design documents while supervising hardware installations and system integration for wireless networks. Earlier in their career, Bikash served as an instructor at Nepal Poly Technical Institute, teaching basic electricity, electronics, and advanced mathematics. Educational credentials include an M.E. in Biomedical from Tianjin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kathmandu University.
