In 2000, Dallman joined Morris Visitor Publications where they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing the growth and profitability of multiple visitor publications. raymond held the same role at Morris Communications MVP until 2006. In 2007, Dallman joined Transworld Business Brokers as a Business Broker and later became a Broker Associate.
