Kim Kovar is a Senior Corporate Recruiter at TranSystems since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO/Founder of Status Dating, a dating community based in Kansas City. The company is currently undergoing redevelopment and is preparing for a relaunch.

Kim Kovar attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where they studied Pre-Law Studies. Kim also attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
