Frankie Barth

Frankie Barth has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Since January 2022, Barth has been working as a Business Development Manager at Traust. Prior to that, they served as a Youth Development Officer at Minnesota Youth Rugby starting from December 2021. Barth also worked as a Rugby Coach at the College of Saint Benedict from September 2021.

In 2021, Barth was an Accountability Mentor at ProVet. They had a significant tenure at the Minnesota National Guard from 2007 to June 2021, where they held the position of Operations Officer. In this role, Barth was responsible for managing multiple projects, strategic planning, and maintaining communication with staff and officers. They successfully led a 35-member platoon with zero incidents of loss.

Before their role at the Minnesota National Guard, Barth worked as a Regional Sales Manager at SmartDrive Systems from September 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a National Account Manager at Trimble Transportation from July 2016 to August 2019, where they focused on customer satisfaction, revenue advancement, and retention.

Barth also has experience at Target, where they were an Executive Team Leader in various departments, including Human Resources, Asset Protection, and Guest Experience from October 2013 to February 2016. They were involved in the creation of HR policies, recruitment, and management of group benefits.

Earlier in their career, Barth worked as an Apartment Assistant at Minnesota State University Moorhead from August 2011 to May 2013. They were responsible for hiring, training, and supporting staff, as well as managing a building with 130+ residents and resolving conflicts.

Lastly, Barth worked as a Trainer/Sales Rep at Dakota Country Meats, where they sold products door-to-door, exceeded sales records, and trained new employees on effective sales techniques from an unspecified time in 2010 to 2012.

Frankie Barth completed a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School from 2018 to 2019.
