Patience Tropo

Patience Tropo is a seasoned tourism professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Founder and Director of Maitro Travel Consultants since April 2023, Patience specializes in creating tailored tour packages within Zambia and Southern Africa, as well as offering guided city tours. Patience has held significant positions such as Tourism Promotions Officer at the Zambia Tourism Agency since March 2015, Chapter Leader for Travel Massive since October 2019, and an Editorial Board member at the Journal of Smart Tourism since June 2021. Additionally, Patience serves as the Director of Chapters on the IFITT Board and has a rich background with Proflight Zambia and its sister company Procharter, holding various roles from Reservations Consultant to Senior Reservations/Operations Officer. With an educational foundation in Business Administration from Information and Communications University and an Advanced International Diploma in Tourism Management, Patience Tropo is dedicated to advancing Zambia's tourism sector.
