Sara Morrissey

Sara Morrissey has a diverse work experience. Sara began their career in 2007 as a Full Price Allocation Analyst for Coach. In 2009, they were a Planning Intern for the City of Astoria, followed by a Graduate Research Assistant for the City of Portland in 2010. In 2011, they were a Graduate Team Member for Portland State University, and in 2012 they were a Planner II for Parametrix and Communications Director for Celilo Planning Studio. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Program Manager for Levee Ready Columbia at the Multnomah County Drainage District and the Public Affairs Manager and Director of Public Affairs & Industry Communications at Travel Oregon.

Sara Morrissey received their BA in Economics and Spanish; International Relations from Williams College in 2007. Sara then went on to Portland State University where they earned their M.A. in Urban & Regional Planning - Transportation in 2012.
