Amy Cober

Amy Cober brings extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as the Travel Outlook Director of Training and ExpressRez Project Manager at Travel Outlook Premium Hotel Voice Reservations since March 2012. In this role, Amy implements and manages SaaS systems for clients, creates and executes comprehensive training programs for virtual call center agents, and fosters client relationships. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Agent Acquisition and Training, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Self-employed Private Tutor. Amy also has a strong foundation in educational programming and curriculum development from previous positions with The Hershey Gardens and Northern York County School District. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Frostburg State University.
