Thomas Borgia

Thomas Borgia has worked in the travel and hospitality industry for over 23 years. Thomas began their career at Air Canada in 1997 as a Service and Sales Representative, where they spent two years working in airport check in, gates, boarding, and business class lounge. Thomas then spent nine years in the Air Canada Call Center performing flight reservations and agency support, as well as helping desk duties assisting internal agents and Travel agencies. Thomas then moved to TELUS in 2008 as an Account Manager, followed by HRG North America as a Business Manager in 2014. In 2016, they joined Qatar Airways as a Sales Manager, then Thai Airways International as GSA Head of Sales North America in 2018. Most recently, they have been the Director of Business Development at Bus.com since 2021.

Thomas Borgia obtained a Certification in Project Management from McGill University and a College Diploma in Music Theory and Composition from Vanier College between 1995 and 1997. Thomas also holds a Project Management Certification from McGill University.
