Michelle Graves

Michelle Graves is a seasoned human resources technology professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and consulting. Michelle holds the position of Director, HR Technology at Travel + Leisure Co. and previously served as Director and Manager of HRIS at Wyndham Destinations. Prior roles include Principal Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Business Consultant at Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC, as well as HRIS Manager and Learning Management System Manager at The Walt Disney Company. Michelle initiated career development at Walt Disney World as Process Lead for the SAP Training Event Module and CastView Training Admin Manager. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kenyon College in 1989.
