John worked as a Network Administrator at Cuyahoga Community College before transitioning to TravelCenters of America, where John has held various titles such as Senior Network Engineer, Lead Network Engineer, and currently serves as the Manager of IT. At their current role, John oversees the IT operations of the company and has expertise in managing Cisco networks and Unified Communications Suite.
