Samantha Ylagan, CIP, is an experienced insurance professional with a solid background in business insurance underwriting. Currently serving as an Account Executive Officer in the Middle Market at Travelers Canada since April 2016, Samantha has previously held roles as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at both Wawanesa Insurance and Aviva Canada, where responsibilities included risk assessment, policy negotiation, and relationship management with broker partners. Early career experience at Wawanesa Insurance involved claims system support and processing clerical tasks. Samantha holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Manitoba, earned between 2007 and 2015, and a high school diploma from Murdoch Mackay Collegiate.
