Sandra Zschach

Sandra Zschach is a seasoned leadership coach with a robust background in management and operations within the tourism sector. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Sandra Zschach Coaching & Consulting since June 2022, Sandra delivers one-on-one coaching to enhance leaders' effectiveness and confidence. In addition, Sandra holds the position of Chief Of Staff at TravelLocal, while previously managing significant roles at trip.me, including CEO, Head of Operations, and Product & Account Manager. Sandra's experience is complemented by a diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies of Tourism Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen.
