Caroline Kaufmann Roberts

Caroline Kaufmann Roberts has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Finance Director at Travelopia, where they lead the Finance and Accounting team for the US Tour Operator Business Unit. Caroline is responsible for rebuilding the finance organization during the post-pandemic resurgence in travel and driving the digital transformation of the accounting function. Caroline also holds the position of Finance Director at YMT Vacations and Europe Express, where they oversee the financial aspects of these brands.

Prior to their current roles, Caroline worked at JLL Technologies as the Finance Director for New SaaS Products, where they contributed to the financial management of the company's software-as-a-service products. Before that, they were the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at WeWork, where they partnered with the Chief Technology Officer and managed the rapid growth and downsizing of the Technology organization.

Caroline has also worked at Siemens in various positions, including Director of Finance & Business Administration and Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting. Caroline demonstrated leadership in financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities for different business units within Siemens.

Earlier in their career, Caroline worked as a Data Management Specialist subcontracted to Kearney's Data Management Group and employed by Verticalnet. Caroline led clients in strategic sourcing engagements and guided them through the sourcing process.

Caroline's work experience also includes roles at Spire Solar as a Marketing Associate and at Tower Hill School as a Physical Science Teacher. Caroline'sdiverse experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the finance and business administration domains.

Caroline Kaufmann Roberts has a diverse education background. Caroline holds an MBA from INSEAD, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. Caroline's undergraduate degree is an AB in Physics from Dartmouth College. Caroline also attended Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL. In terms of additional certifications, Caroline is a LEED Green Associate, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
