Josie Tucci

Josie Tucci has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the luxury travel and yacht charter industry. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for MACIF Centre de Voile. Josie then joined Dufour Yachts as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in 1999. In 2001, they became The Moorings Product Manager, responsible for managing global marketing plans and brand strategy. Josie successfully grew annual revenues while reducing the marketing budget. From 2007 to 2009, Josie served as the Sunsail Brand Manager, streamlining marketing programs and launching a new global e-commerce website. Josie then joined Tui Marine, where they held various roles, including Marketing Director and Distribution Director for Americas and Asia Pacific. During their time at Tui Marine, they developed integrated direct marketing programs and identified new business development opportunities. After leaving Tui Marine, Josie joined MarineMax as Vice President of Marketing, where they built an in-house marketing team and was responsible for partner marketing and generating annual revenues. Currently, Josie is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Moorings and Sunsail at Travelopia, where they lead the sales and marketing teams globally and introduces guests to unforgettable experiences on the water.

Josie Tucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with French and Spanish from the University of Leicester, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Josie also obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in European Business, International Finance, and Marketing from Brunel University, which they completed from 1990 to 1992. In 2021, Josie completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson. Additionally, they have certifications in Inbound Sales and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy, obtained in 2018 and September 2017, respectively.
