Felicia Norman-Williams has a strong background in account management and strategic planning. Felicia began their career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at The Listening Company, where they gained experience in generating sales and revenue. Felicia then moved on to roles at NetNames, where they worked as a Strategic Account Administrator and later as a Strategic Account Administration Team Lead, leading a team and conducting client portfolio reviews. In 2013, Felicia joined Reward Gateway as a Corporate Account Manager, implementing and managing employee engagement strategies for a portfolio of accounts. Felicia then joined ChannelAdvisor in 2014, initially working as a Mid-Market Account Manager and later as an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. During this time, they focused on tailoring initiatives towards achieving e-commerce success for clients and providing solutions as problems arise. In 2018, they joined TravelPerk as a Strategic Account Manager, and has since held various roles including Manager of Strategic Account Management and Head of Account Management for Europe. Currently, they are the Director of Community and Development at TravelPerk.
Felicia Norman-Williams obtained their Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Applied Languages, focusing on French and Spanish, from the University of Portsmouth between 2007 and 2011. In 2010, they attended Universidad de Granada to study Lenguas Aplicadas, and in 2009, they studied Langues Etrangères Appliquées at Université Rennes 2.
