Imtiaz Ali

Imtiaz Ali, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries. Imtiaz is currently the Head of Big Data Delivery at Travelport, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at ClickFox, where they led the conversion of their Big Data Cloud and On-premise Analytic Services to a Hadoop Platform. Imtiaz Ali, Ph.D., pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, graduating in 1984. Imtiaz then went on to obtain a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1993, specializing in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, with a focus on Information and Database Systems.
