Jan West has extensive work experience in the travel industry. Jan started their career at United Airlines in 1986 as a Reservation Sales & Service Representative and worked there until 1989. In 1990, they joined Travelport as an Account Manager, and over the years, they held various roles including Automation Support Representative, Sales & Service Manager for Strategic Accounts, Commercial Director for Global Accounts, Director of Global Account Management, and Senior Director of Global Account Management & Product Strategy. Jan'smost recent role at Travelport is Director of Customer Success, which they have held since 2019.
