Mark Harris

Mark Harris has over 30 years of experience in the travel technology industry, currently serving as Group Vice President of Software Engineering and Application Delivery (CTO) at Travelport since September 2007. Responsible for overseeing enterprise software engineering and application delivery for key products, Harris leads a global team of over 1500 engineering professionals with significant annual development budgets. Previous roles include leadership positions in customer operations, telecommunications networks, and corporate infrastructure at Travelport, as well as various capacities at Worldspan, where responsibilities included global network engineering and IT operations. Early career experience included positions as a Travel Retail Consultant and Sales Consultant in the travel services sector.
