Matthew Roche

Matthew Roche has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew started their career in 2013 as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores, where they handled food preparation, customer service, and worked well under pressure. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Junior Office Administrator at the National Treasury Management Agency, gaining skills in data entry and office tasks. From 2016 to 2021, Matthew worked as a Senior Consultant at Guidewire Software, specializing in consultancy roles. Currently, they hold two positions at Travelport as a Senior Full Stack Developer and a Software Development Team Lead, showcasing their expertise in software development and leadership.

Matthew Roche attended IT Tallaght from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing. Prior to that, they completed their Leaving Cert at Clonkeen College. In addition to their formal education, Matthew has also obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, and Policy Center Professional Certificate and Guidewire Systems Integration Specialist Certificate from Guidewire Software in 2016. Matthew also holds an ECDL certification from the ECDL Foundation.
