Meredyth Brown

Meredyth Brown has a strong background in benefits and compensation. Meredyth started their career as a Benefits and Compensation Specialist at John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods from August 2003 to February 2007. Meredyth then worked as a Benefits Coordinator at the City of Smyrna from March 2007 to September 2011. After that, they joined Travelport, where they held multiple roles, including Compensation and Benefits Analyst from September 2011 to November 2013, Senior Benefits Analyst from December 2013 to December 2015, and Manager/Senior Manager of US Health and Wellbeing Programs from January 2016 to November 2020. Meredyth later became the Director of Global Benefits at Travelport from November 2020 to June 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Global Benefits at Geosyntec Consultants, starting from June 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing benefit programs and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Meredyth Brown, CEBS, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Radio, Television, and Film from Northeast Louisiana University/University of Louisiana at Monroe, and has pursued studies in Journalism at Louisiana Tech University. Brown has also obtained certifications as a CEBS and CMS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
