Janelle Lin

Janelle Lin has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Janelle started their career at Towers Watson as an Executive Compensation Associate in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Janelle then joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2010 and held various roles, including Compensation Analyst, Manager Compensation, Senior Manager Compensation, and Director Compensation. In 2018, Janelle joined Universal Destinations & Experiences, where they first served as Vice President Compensation and Global Mobility before transitioning to their current role as Vice President Total Rewards and HR Operations in 2022.

Janelle Lin has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Economics with minors in Accounting and Global Studies from UCLA.
