Anisah Vidale

Anisah Vidale has over 15 years of experience in the field of business operations and customer service. Anisah began their career in 2006 as a Floor Supervisor at Fendi, where they were responsible for engaging customers directly on the shop-floor, attending to customer complaints, and authorizing refunds. In 2010, they took on two roles at The Knightsbridge Laser Clinic, as Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Receptionist, managing emails and telephone calls and being the first point of contact for visitors. Later that same year, Anisah began working at Ellipse UK & Ireland as a Sales Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for promoting a culture of outstanding customer service, handling the complete sales process, and up-selling and cross-selling additional products. In 2013, they moved to Ellipse A/S as an Operations Manager, where they supported the overall design and implementation of the organisational marketing strategy, created effective lines of communication, and created a strategic approach for the complete management and delivery of exhibition shows. In 2018, Anisah began working at Venus Concept UK as an Operations Business Manager. Finally, in 2021, they began working at TravelTime as a Business Operations Manager.

Anisah Vidale is currently pursuing an International Business with Economics degree at Birkbeck, University of London. Anisah has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Operations Management at the London School of Business and Finance LSBF in 2020. In 2014, they completed a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing at the University: Oxford College of Marketing, as well as a CIM Introductory course to Marketing at The Marketers Forum. From 2010 to 2012, they completed a Digital Marketing course at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Anisah Vidale obtained their Information Systems with Business degree from the University of Wimbledon between 2005 and 2008, and completed SWAHA - Advanced Level in 2003-2005. Additionally, they obtained an AgilePM\u00ae Foundation certification from APMG International in August 2021.
