Emiliano Cortese has over 10 years of professional experience in the tech industry. In 2012, they began their career as a Programmer Analyst for Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2013, they worked as a Java Programmer for Globant. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Java Developer for OLX, Avenida.com, and Almundo.com. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Java Developer for Rappi and a Full Stack Engineer for Basset. Finally, in 2020 they became the Tech Lead for the Aftersales Processes and Products Teams at Almundo, and in 2022 they became the Tech Lead for the Payments Team at TravelX.

Emiliano Cortese received an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from the Universidad Tecnologica Nacional in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Tecnico en informatica in Information Technology from EET n°8 between 2007 and 2009.
