Kent Walker

Kent Walker's work experience begins in 1990 with Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where they served as an Area Business Manager/Sales Representative. Kent was responsible for promoting various drugs, including Lovenox, and achieved outstanding performance rankings during their tenure.

In 2003, they joined Scios, Inc. as an Area Business Manager until 2007. Kent then moved on to work for The Medicines Company as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales of Angiomax and launching an IV antihypertensive drug.

From 2009 to 2015, Kent worked as a District Sales Manager at Cadence Pharma, which was later acquired by Mallinckrodt.

In 2015, they joined ZS Pharma as a Division Sales Manager, leading the sales team for the launch of Lokelma. Kent achieved remarkable results, ranking first among 25 managers in the launch year. Kent also received the Circle of Excellence Award in 2019.

Currently, Kent Walker is employed at Travere Therapeutics as the Southeast Zone Business Director, where they are involved in launching a new drug for nephrology rare diseases, specifically targeting IgA Nephropathy and FSGS. Kent was awarded the 2023 Capstone Award and has demonstrated exceptional performance.

Kent Walker attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1989 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Med.
