Tony Payne

Tony Payne has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tony is currently the Head of Talent at Travtus since January 2023. Prior to this, Tony founded Promotion Tech in 2022, where they developed ApplyPro, an AI-based tool for recruiters. Tony has also held the position of Head of Talent at Oodle Car Finance from January 2021 to August 2022, overseeing the recruitment function for a rapidly growing fintech scale-up.

Tony has also worked as the Head of People & Talent at Future Platforms, a digital services provider, where they conducted a comprehensive audit of the people and talent team and implemented a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Before that, they served as the Chief People Officer at RedCloud Technologies, where they played a key role in scaling the business across four continents and building an international HR department.

In their earlier career, Tony held the position of Commercial Director and Training Academy Lead at ITP Select, where they built a highly successful tech recruitment supplier specializing in RPO/onsite delivery models and executive search assignments. Tony also founded BSS Recruitment, an agency focused on the IT recruitment market in the Netherlands, and served as its Founder and Managing Consultant.

Tony started their career at Hays, where they worked as a Team Manager and Project Manager. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and process optimization.
