Nina Burdet

Nina Burdet is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and international commercial agreements. Currently serving as Legal Manager at TRB Chemedica International SA since November 2018, Burdet previously held the role of Corporate Lawyer at Stragen Pharma SA from June 2012 to October 2018, focusing on the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements related to pharmaceuticals and consumer health products. Prior to this, Burdet worked as Juriste/Legal Counsel at Entremont, where responsibilities included managing commercial agreements within France and internationally. Burdet's legal career also includes a position as Juriste international at CEGID, where foundational legal documents were established for the newly formed International division. Academically, Burdet holds a Master of Laws from Louisiana State University Law Center and has degrees in international private law from Université Jean Moulin and a diploma in English Common Law from Université Lyon III.
