Joan Lencioni has over two decades of experience in client account management and relocation services. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Accounts at TRC Global Solutions, Inc since April 2007, Joan excels in fostering client relationships through creative problem solving and exceptional customer service. Areas of expertise include policy consulting, cost containment, recruiting, financial reporting, and client satisfaction, along with a comprehensive understanding of operations, real estate, and mortgage benefits. Prior roles include Client Service Manager at SIRVA, Relocation Counselor at Meridian Mobility, and Sr Relocation Counselor at Cendant Mobility. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising from Kansas State University and additional educational background from Mount Mary University.
