Lisa Taylor has an extensive background in corporate law, with experience in providing legal advice on public company reporting, corporate governance matters, and contract negotiation and drafting. Lisa has represented transportation and logistics companies at various levels of leadership, including as Deputy Chief Counsel & Asst Corp Secretary at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., and as a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP. Lisa has also held leadership roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. and Pacer Stacktrain, bringing a wealth of expertise to their current role. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University.
