Michael Wells

Michael Wells is currently the Senior Director at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc., leading the Company's Medical Education programs. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Director of Global Medical Education at Avanos Medical, where Michael developed a top medical education program. Michael has a strong background in marketing and sales, having worked at Halyard Health and Kimberly-Clark Health Care Inc. Michael also has an extensive military background, having served as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
