Jacqueline Mason

Director, Discovery Research at Treadwell Therapeutics

Jacqueline Mason has worked in the field of biology since 2002. Jacqueline began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Mount Sinai School of Medicine - Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology in 2002. In 2006, they moved to the University Health Network where they held the roles of Biology Group Leader and Cell Biologist in the Therapeutics Group of the Campbell Institute for Breast Cancer Research. In 2021, they joined Treadwell Therapeutics, Inc. as Director of Discovery Research and Head of Biology.

Jacqueline Mason completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Honours in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College between 1988 and 1992. Jacqueline then went on to pursue their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry at the University of Toronto - Department of Chemistry from 1993 to 1995. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto - Department of Medical Biophysics, Ontario Cancer Institute between 1996 and 2002.
