Rickia McGee, MPH, currently serves as a Strategic Plans Officer at the National Guard Bureau, where responsibilities include organizing and directing multidisciplinary teams to translate national priorities into military strategies. McGee holds extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Assistant Operations Officer with the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners and Communications Officer for the Florida Army National Guard. Previous positions also include Company Commander and Project Officer within the Army National Guard, overseeing personnel training and equipment management. Earlier career roles encompassed teaching at St. Lucie Public Schools and serving as a Social Services Coordinator in Alachua County, where client needs were evaluated for community assistance. McGee's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California.
