Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of Sales Development to lead our sales development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales development teams in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of SDR processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global sales development strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales development team, including hiring, training, and coaching team members.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales development campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of sales development efforts.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales development and sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of sales development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or related roles in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales development teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Deep understanding of SDR processes and strategies.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment.

Physical Requirements: 

Working out of Mountain View, California or New York, NY office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.” 

Travel Requirements: 

  • May require travel up to 25%
