Nate Kaufman

Nate Kaufman serves as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Treasury Wine Estates since August 2025, marking a return to the wine industry after a significant role at Carollo Engineers as the Learning and Development Lead from January 2021 to August 2025. Kaufman has extensive experience in training and organizational development, having previously held positions such as Learning & Development Manager at Saxco International LLC and Corporate Training Manager at Wente Vineyards. Early career roles include various positions at Whole Foods Market, Safeway, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, where Kaufman developed comprehensive training programs for a large workforce and executed marketing initiatives. Kaufman holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Instructional Design from San Francisco State University.
