Arghya Bhattacharya

Arghya Bhattacharya has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Arghya'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Alliances at Tredence Inc., a role they have held since 2024. Prior to that, they were a Member at Partnership Leaders starting in 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they worked with various B2B Saas companies, including Signzy and Kapture CX, as the VP Global Alliances, where they focused on building their global expansion strategies through alliances and channels. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, they were the Partner Sales Director for India/Middle East/Africa at Icertis. Arghya also served as the Director of Alliances at Happiest Minds Technologies from 2017 to 2019 and as the Founder of Onplane Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at Tech Mahindra, Microland, CSS Corp, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd, including Head of Solutions and Presales, Product Management, Director of Sales, and Global Alliance Manager for Microsoft.

Arghya Bhattacharya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Bangalore University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Arghya later pursued an MBA with a specialization in Marketing & Finance at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004. In 2018 to 2019, they completed a Senior Management Program at Cambridge Judge Business School, focusing on Strategy, Digital Innovation, and Organizational Transformation.
