Tredyffrin Township is a vibrant suburban community located 15 miles outside of Philadelphia with just about 30,000 residents living in the following zip codes: Berwyn, Chesterbrook, Devon, Malvern, Paoli, Radnor, Valley Forge and Wayne. Tredyffrin Township, established in 1707, has a rich history, serving as headquarters for many Revolutionary War leaders during the Valley Forge Encampment. Long before the Revolutionary War, Tredyffrin was home to a Welsh Quaker community dating back to William Penn's land grant. Tredyffrin serves as the Eastern Gateway to Chester County as it located at a major transportation crossroad: US 202, I-76, US 30 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. There is a strong Public Transportation infrastructure centering on the railroad stations of the famed Main Line. Today, Tredyffrin has a well-known school system (www.tesd.k12.pa.us), numerous parks and ample recreation opportunities all providing an outstanding quality of life for our residents.
