Jen Webster

Jen Webster, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Jen is currently the Director of Human Resources at Tree House Brewing Company, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at O'Connell Care at Home from August 2018 to April 2021. In 2017, they served as the Director of Talent & Culture at Fuseideas for a brief period from September 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as a Talent and Culture Specialist at Acceleration Partners from October 2014 to September 2017. Their career began as an Operations Coordinator at Percussion Software from April 2013 to October 2014.

Jen Webster, SHRM-CP, attained their education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2006 to 2009. Jen obtained a 3 Year Honors Business Degree in Business Administration during that time. Additionally, in July 2017, they acquired the SHRM-CP certification through the SHRM institution.
