Aliza Aberbach

Aliza Aberbach is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and therapy. Currently serving as a school counselor at Tree of Knowledge since September 2019 and as a professional counselor at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy of New Jersey since December 2018, Aliza has a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy through training at the Beck Institute. Aliza earned a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and holds a second degree in General and Special Education. Previous roles include licensed associate counselor at QUALITY FAMILIES, where in-home therapy was provided for children and families, and behavioral therapist at Achieve Behavioral Therapy, focusing on social skills training and parental education for children aged 5-17.
