Francesco Lucioli

Francesco Lucioli is a Campaign and Domestic Programme Funding Coordinator with a successful record of securing funding from a variety of sources and funding streams. Francesco has over 9 years of experience in coordinating and supporting multi-country teams with programme/ project development, providing advice and technical support for the development of high quality programmes, grant management/funding support, partnership processes, and new business development.

Most recently, Francesco served as the EU Regional Funding Coordinator (Italy, Greece & Balkans) for Oxfam International, where they were responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of Oxfam staff in the development of key concepts and funding proposals for the EU Migration crisis response. In this role, they also liaised with the private fundraising department to develop Oxfam International's programs portfolios and provided advice and technical support for the development of high quality programmes.

Previously, Francesco served as the Campaign and Domestic Programme Funding Coordinator for OXFAM Italia, where they were responsible for identifying and qualifying funding and partnership opportunities in pursuit of supporting Oxfam's programme. In this role, they also coordinated and managed partnership processes to ensure effective systems.

Francesco holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Rome.

Francesco Lucioli holds a Laurea in Relazioni Internazionali from Università degli Studi di Firenze. Francesco is also certified as an EU project manager and has experience in managing EU programs, monitoring EU projects, and developing lobbying strategies. In addition, they have received certification from Cegos Italia in Key Account Management and from CHANGE TRAINING&CONSULTING in Sales Management - selling techniques & partnership development.
