Matthew Bliss

Matthew Bliss has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Research Associate II at Treeline Biosciences since August 2021. Previously, they held the position of Senior Scientist I at GNF from March 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Research Scientist II at GNF from September 2015 to March 2019. Prior to their industry roles, they were a Graduate Student at UC Irvine from September 2013 to June 2015, where they conducted research projects related to protein interactions and small molecule agonists. Matthew also worked as a Research Intern at Allergan in July 2014 and as a Research Technician at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology from August 2011 to September 2013. Matthew started their career as a Lab Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from May 2009 to July 2011.

Matthew Bliss has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Matthew later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at UC Irvine from 2013 to 2015.
