Taras Rybak

Taras Rybak has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Taras is currently working as a Senior Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Treeline Biosciences since November 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at Paraza Pharma Inc. for five years from 2016 to 2021. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Senior Scientist and Scientist. Taras also has experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo, where they developed an electrochemical method for assaying alkaline phosphatase and tested phenyl-based substrates of ALP for electrochemical and spectrophotometric detection. Taras also determined enzyme kinetics under specific conditions.

Additionally, they worked as an Analytical Assistant at INCO in 2006, where they prepared and analyzed various processing samples using analytical techniques and operated inductively coupled plasma, Leco, and X-Ray Fluorescence instruments for elemental and chemical analysis.
