Michelle Peralta

Michelle Peralta has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Safety Science Global DSPV at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Strategy for the Life Sciences Division at Feith Systems, where they contributed to the development of their software solution for pharmacovigilance and patient safety. Michelle has also held positions at PRA Health Sciences, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Dendreon Corp, CTI Inc., Chiron Corporation, ALZA Corporation, and SmithKline-Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Michelle'sroles have included Director of Global Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance Risk Management, Associate Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Risk Management, Manager of Postmarketing Safety Surveillance, and Drug Safety Associate, among others.

Michelle Peralta has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Boston University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at La Salle University from 1994 to 1997. Finally, they completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business from Seattle University between 2001 and 2005.
