Amy Prendergast

Amy Prendergast, MBA, currently serves as the Guest and People Director at Discovery Adventure Golf since September 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held multiple positions at Retail Trust from January 2014 to September 2022, including Transformation and Operations Director, Director of Change, People and Learning, Head of People and Vocational Learning Services, Head of Vocational and Career Development, Vocational Development Manager, and Vocational Development Coordinator. Amy's experience also includes a position as Partnerships Engagement Officer at Youth Business International in 2013 and a role as Community Officer at Whizz-Kidz in 2011. Academically, Amy earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Manchester in 2019 and a degree in Art History from the University of Leeds in 2010.
