Maarten Camerlynck has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Maarten started their career as a Design Engineer intern at Telstar Technologies, where they focused on improving the usability and design of the core product line.

After completing their internship, Maarten joined Colruyt Group as a Concept Developer, where they played a key role in building service offerings around the products delivered through Colruyt's online delivery platform. Maarten aimed to enhance usability and customer stickiness.

Later, Maarten became a Project Manager at Colruyt Group, where they managed projects related to market analysis and innovation workshops for the B2B component of their online delivery platform. Maarten collaborated closely with different departments across the company.

Currently, Maarten works at TrekkSoft as the Head of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for the entire scope of operations, including KPIs, budgeting, goal setting, organizational structure, and strategic alignment. Maarten also actively participates in projects, facilitates communication between departments, and resolves bottlenecks.

Before their current role, Maarten held the position of Head of Marketing at TrekkSoft. Maarten successfully implemented growth strategies through inbound and outbound tactics, maximizing automation to generate a continuous flow of qualified leads for the Sales team. Maarten also developed and delivered the marketing strategy for the company.

Maarten Camerlynck completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Product Development at the University of Antwerp from 2004 to 2009. In 2006, they participated in an exchange program at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on Industrial Design. Following that, Maarten pursued an MSc degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2010 to 2011. In 2017, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
