Janette Sved Weden

HR Director at Trelleborg Group

Janette Sved Weden has a strong background in human resources and project management. Starting in 1999, they began their career as a Management Trainee at Swedish Railways. In 2001, they became the Communications Manager at Rail Parts Logistics AB, which merged with EuroMaint Rail AB in 2003. At EuroMaint Rail AB, Janette held the position of HR Manager from 2004 to 2010, before moving on to become the Senior Project Manager - HR until 2011. Since 2011, Janette has been working at Trelleborg Group, first as an HR Manager and then as the HR Director.

Janette Sved Weden completed their education at various institutions. Janette obtained a B.Sc in Human Resources Development and Labour Relations from Umeå University in 2005 and an M.Sc in Business and Economics from Linköping University in 1999. Janette also participated in the Erasmus Exchange program at the University of East Anglia, where they studied English, HRM and European Studies in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Janette has received several certifications and completed training programs in assessment tools, coaching, HR strategy, evaluation and scoring, labour law, and group and leadership development. These include certifications in assessment tools OPQ and Verfy from CEB - SHL Talent Measurement in 2015, assessment tools PPA, 360, TEIQ from SLG International in 2008, coaching from BAM Consulting AB in 2006, HR strategy from Hay Group in 2005, evaluation and scoring from Mercer in 2013, labour law and CBA from the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen) in 2012, and group and leadership development (UGL) from Gällöfsta in 2008.
