Sara Milesson

Sara Milesson has had extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President Human Resources at Trelleborg Group since August 2019. Sara has also served as Vice President Human Resources at Arjo from 2017 to 2019, HR Director Supply Chain at Getinge from 2015 to 2017, HR Manager at ArjoHuntleigh from 2014 to 2015, HR Manager at NORMA A/S from 2013 to 2014, HR Specialist and HR Consultant at Malmö Stad from 2011 to 2013, HR Manager at TFS Trial Form Support AB from 2008 to 2011, Recruitment Manager at Manpower AB from 2005 to 2008, and Department Manager at Online Telemarketing AB from 2004 to 2005.

Sara Milesson has a diverse education history. In 1995 to 1998, they attended the International Baccalaureate program. Sara later pursued a Bachelor's degree in HR Management at Lund University from 2000 to 2003. In 2001, they took a language course in Italian at Linguaviva. In 2002, they briefly studied international migration and ethnic relations at Malmö University. In 2021, they obtained a Board of Directors certificate from Board Company. Additionally, Sara has obtained various certifications including SHL certification in 2007, Predictio Assessment Tools certification in 2018, and they were a finalist in the People category of the WeQual Awards EMEA 2023.
