Josefina Medic

Josefina Medic is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at Trelleborg Group since September 2020, Josefina oversees HR operations for three legal entities and manages national payroll services. Previously, as Nordic Talent & HR Specialist at Tunstall AB, responsibilities included talent acquisition and managing the recruitment process, along with implementing IFS HR Module at a Nordic level. Josefina also held the position of HR Business Partner at Skånemejerier, focusing on labor law compliance and health and safety initiatives.
