Jack Metcalf

Jack Metcalf, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Asset Protection at Trellis since August 2024. Previously, Jack held the position of Senior Area Manager at American Security & Investigations from October 2020 to December 2023, and also worked as the Field Training Manager during that time. Jack's extensive experience in technology management includes a tenure as Director of Information Technology at Flochart Software Systems Inc from June 2007 to October 2020. Additional roles include Investigator at Civil Action Group, Ltd., Operations Manager at Worldwide Security Associates, Inc., Regional Account Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., General Manager at InTown Suites, and Sergeant at Wilcox Security. Jack holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Forensics from American Military University.
