Fidencio Tamez Gómez is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in student services and data analysis. Currently serving as a Student Services Support Specialist at Trellis Company since December 2020, Fidencio developed and managed numerous communication campaigns, achieving a 98% client satisfaction rating. Previous roles include Functional System Analyst at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where Fidencio utilized SQL to support the Office of Student Financial Aid, and Business Analyst II at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, focusing on process improvement for enrollment management. An accomplished educator, Fidencio has also held leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Outreach and Recruitment. Fidencio holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and various certifications, including a Salesforce Administrator Career Certificate and coursework in Data Analytics from the McCombs School of Business.
