Tara Flanagan

Tara Flanagan is the current General Counsel at Trellix. Tara has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to their current role, Tara served as Vice President Legal at McAfee Enterprise from July 2021 to February 2022. Tara has also held the role of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel-Commercial Law at Extreme Networks from January 2019 to September 2020. In addition, they served as Sr Director/Associate General Counsel at Polycom, Inc. from November 2011 to December 2018. Tara began their career as an attorney at McKenna, Conner & Cuneo in January 1987 and left the firm in December 1996 to join Cisco Systems, Inc. as Director, Legal, Global Anti-Corruption/ Public Sector Compliance and Product Security. Tara remained with Cisco until July 2011 when they left to join Polycom. Tara Flanagan is a highly experienced attorney with over 35 years of experience in the legal field.

Tara Flanagan's educational career began with their earning a BA with Honors in Political Science from Tulane University. Tara then went on to earn a JD from Pepperdine Law.
