Claire Malik has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Claire currently works at Tremendous as a Customer Success Manager, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Gong, including Enterprise Customer Success Team Lead, Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. At Gong, they helped unlock reality and empower customer-facing teams using the patented Gong Revenue Intelligence Platform™. Claire also had roles at WeWork as a Success Director, Key Accounts, and Global Enterprise Account Manager, at Narvar as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and at Extole as a Director of Customer Operations, Senior Client Success Manager, Client Success Manager, Technical Launch Manager, and Professional Services Contractor. Claire also worked at B-Stock Solutions as a Marketing Associate, at Gajwa Middle School as a Native English Teacher, and at Alpha Kappa Psi as a Marketing Assistant, where they demonstrated their marketing skills and developed management abilities. Throughout their career, Claire has gained extensive experience in customer success, account management, and marketing.

Claire Malik's education history includes a Leadership Principles Certification from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. In 2006, they began their undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Integrated Marketing in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Claire has also acquired additional certifications. In September 2020, they completed the "Communicating with Confidence" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2022, they obtained the "Program Manager Certification" from Gong.
